              Eating is the thing that is necessary for everyone or we knew eating when we born that nobody who didn't teach us. In this day, eating become a part of who we are and part of our culture. But people have a wrong idea about eating because social value is decision that is a good eating and teenager in this day, they don't pay attend to eating because they want have a good shape so they think they don't eat too much that is good for their idea. But you can eat a lot that you want to eat and it don't make you fat by eat on the time and regular exercise. it can help you have a good health.
