         The drinking water properly is a good healthy.Although drinking is regular daily routine that we don't know drinking can help you have a better health than the past. How to drink water properly can help you have a good health , lose your weight and have vibrant life for do daily routine especially housewife that should read it so much.
And it has 4 steps.
                 1. Drinking enough for your weight
                 2. When you wake up, you should drinking before brushing teeth
                 3.  Avoid beer, soft drinks, cold water
                 4.You should drink a glass of water per meal but after that 40 minutes, you can drink water normally.

              The man who are going to buy frozen yogurt should stop buy it when you know that isn't the health food because inside the frozen yogurt have probiotic powder that is the ingredients of it. It's can make you're be very fat and it's not good for your health. If you still eat it, you will be diabetes which you don't it because they don't print ingredients on the products they sell. You can stop it by stopping eat it that can have better health.
